Learn the Interface in 5 Minutes

Welcome to Claritee! This quick walkthrough will help you get comfortable with the interface so you can start working right away. You can revisit this tutorial anytime from the bottom-left corner of your screen or on our YouTube channel.

Universal Controls (Visible on Every Screen)

• Left Panel

  • Navigate between workspaces, rooms, and projects.

  • Jump directly into a specific project or page.

  • View conversations for any page.

• Bottom Left

  • Access Settings.

  • View Deleted Items.

  • Open the Help Center (tutorials, guides, and support).

• Bottom Right

  • Zoom in/out.

  • Undo/redo your last action.

  • Open chat to contact support.

• Top Right

  • View account details, including available AI actions.

  • Invite new members and assign roles/rooms.

  • Create and manage share links.

  • Open the Notepad to add project notes (always available).

  • Export your project
    • Map: Export as PNG, PDF, CSV, or TXT
    • Layout: Export as PNG or PDF
    • Design: Export as PNG, PDF, or HTML

Map View (Default After Creating a Project)

• Page & Sitemap Controls (top-right)

  • Jump to any page in the sitemap.

  • Collapse or expand the sitemap.

  • Search for a page.

• Page & Section Status (on each page)

  • Mark and edit the status of pages.

  • Update section status markers.

• Sections (on each page)

  • Move or add new sections.

  • Regenerate sections or an entire page with AI.

• Quick Actions (on each page)

  • Preview all pages at once.

• Pages & Labels

  • Add new pages or labels (to group related pages).

  • Drag and drop to reorder.

• Comments

  • Open the comments panel to see all project comments.

  • Toggle comments on or off per page to see only comments for selected pages.

Layout View

• Content Editing

  • Edit text, sizes, links, images, and icons.

  • Links are clickable in preview/share mode.

• Content Tools

  • Drag and drop sections, buttons, text blocks, and images.

  • Add new sections above/below.

  • Regenerate sections or the entire page with AI.

• Images

  • Upload custom images.

  • Insert images directly from Unsplash.

• Comments

  • Add comments directly in the layout.

  • Toggle comment visibility on/off.

• Library

  • Save sections or elements for reuse across projects.

Design View

• AI-Generated Design

  • See your polished design based on the layout.

  • Regenerate after making changes in Layout View.

• Style Options

  • Select and customize design styles.

  • Apply styles and regenerate the design.

• Export Options

  • Export as HTML, PDF, or PNG.
