Exporting Your Final Design

Once your project is ready in Design View, you can export it in multiple formats:

• HTML – Ready to hand off to developers or drop into your publishing tool.

• PDF – A document version for sharing with clients, managers, or teammates.

• PNG – An image version for quick previews or feedback.

Sharing with Your Team

Instead of downloading, you can also share the project directly with your design or development team:

• Create a public share link so others can view and comment.

• Or invite team members to your workspace and assign permissions.

Next Steps After Export
