Claritee gives you flexible export and sharing options depending on which view you’re working in. This way, you can take your work outside the platform or share it directly with your team.

-
CSV – a spreadsheet of your page hierarchy
-
TXT – a plain text list of your pages
Layout View
From the Layout View, you can export the current layout as:
-
PNG – an image of the layout
-
PDF – a document version of the layout
Design View
From the Design View, you can export your finished AI-generated design as:
-

-

Sharing With a Link
In addition to downloads, you can create a share link for any project.
-
The share link generates a public URL that anyone can open without logging in.
-
Viewers can see the project and leave comments.
-
You can choose which comments are visible publicly.
-
When creating the link, you control:
-
What content is visible
-
Whether the link has an expiration date
-
Whether the link is turned on or off
-
This makes it easy to gather feedback or share progress with clients and collaborators.
Adding and Managing Members
You can invite team members directly from the members panel (top right).
-
Enter their email and click Invite.
-
Add them to the correct room for access.
-
Choose their permission level:
-
Viewer – Can view projects and leave comments, but not edit.
-
Collaborator – Can edit projects in the room but cannot create new projects.
-
Manager – Can create and edit projects in the room.
-
⚠️ Important: If you don’t assign them to a room, they’ll have an account but no access to your projects.
Using Rooms and Workspaces
-
Most users will work within a single workspace.
-
Inside a workspace, you can create rooms to organize people and projects.
-
One company, one room: If you’re all working together, simply add everything into one room.
-
Multiple clients: Create a separate room for each client. Invite only the people who should have access to that client’s projects.
This keeps projects organized and ensures everyone has the right level of access.
