How to comment and manage comments in Claritee

Within Claritee, we can leave comments to communicate and collaborate with our team. Comments can be created, edited, mentioned to notify someone, and marked as important or resolved. We can also view and filter comments, manage them within the conversations panel, and share them externally through a share link.

 

Creating and managing comments

  • Comments can be created by clicking on the conversations button and then clicking anywhere on the canvas to write the comment.
  • Comments can be edited, replied to, deleted, marked as important, or resolved.

Viewing and filtering comments

  • Users can view comments by clicking on the conversations button to see all comments.
  • Users can filter comments based on internal comments, public comments, their own comments, mentions, comments marked as important, or resolved comments.

Sharing comments externally

  • A sharelink can be used to provide external stakeholders access to view and comment on the project without the option to edit the canvas.
  • It is essential to mark comments as public to ensure that stakeholders outside the team can view and respond to them.
